YAF Socials

What are “YAF Socials”? Just that! We gather at a local restaurant, or some other location, for a special event, such as a Crawfish Boil, Canoe Trip, Christmas Party, Progressive Dinner to name a few, simply to enjoy each other's company and our fellowship in Christ. While some of these events are already scheduled for the year ahead, some “spur of the moment” gatherings will be held. E-mails and/or mailings from YAF will notify young adults of these events.
Contact a Fellowship Team member if you would like to be a host home.

Fellowship Mixers

The first Mixer took place in 2006. It was a great sucess. It is held at least once a year in place of a First Wednesday. We hope you will come and get to know your fellow YAFers a little but better.

May 2007 – YAF Shrimp Boil

IIIIIYYYYEEEE!!! Come on out for YAF’s third annual Shrimp (normally Crawsfish) Boil. We will be cooking up the best shrimp, potatoes, and corn (and hot dogs too!) found in the southeast. This is an event you, your families, friends, and guests from other churches won’t want to miss. This year it will be held on August 25th from 2-5 at the Heaney's house.
