The Circle of Care
The "Circle of Care" houses our caring ministries. Our goal is to make sure that our parishioners are cared for during illnesses, rehabilitation or after childbirth. Among many other things, we take the Eucharist to anyone who is ill, provide meals, knit prayer shawls, visit new parents and their babies, call and visit parishioners in nursing homes and at home, send prayer cards and pray! Boy do we pray!
To volunteer for any of these ministries, contact Lola Hogeman at or Sheryl Bragwell at .
Need a Stephen Minister?
In 2017 we created a new ministry for caring for others in crisis. We have Stephen Ministers that are trained in the holy art of listening that can be assigned to you in times of need. This could include the loss of a loved one, illness, divorce, and unemployment...just to name a few. If you would like more information on being paired with a Stephen Minister or if you need to refer someone that needs help, please email More information about this valuable resource can be found on the Stephen Ministry website.
