Brotherhood of St Andrew
The Brotherhood of St. Andrew
![]()
SCHEDULE for 2010-2011 below!
The Christ Church Chapter of the Brotherhood of St. Andrew (the largest chapter in the Brotherhood) is part of an international ministry of men within the Anglican Communion for the spread of Christ’s Kingdom among men and boys through the disciplines of prayer, study, and service. Any adult male interested in furthering Christ’s Kingdom is welcome.
The Brotherhood meets regularly on the third Saturday of each month. We begin with worship at 8:00 am, share a meal together, and have a special program, concluding around 10:00 am. By experiencing food, fun, fellowship, intellectual stimulation, and spiritual renewal, each member can discover God’s purpose in his own life in order to be a more effective minister to others.
The Brotherhood participates in many parish ministries, such as the Parish Breakfast, flower delivery, Habitat for Humanity, and others. The Brotherhood participates in the annual Hayneville Pilgrimage and also assists in sponsoring the annual Diocesan Men’s Conference at- Beckwith (see Beckwith Camp and Conference Center). Contact any member or John Matthews, director (Contact Us).
